For those coming by car

20 minutes from Kyoto Jukan Expressway “Maizuru Oe IC” (via Prefectural Route 532)
40 minutes from Maizuru Wakasa Expressway "Fukuchiyama IC"

For those coming by train or bus

Train: Transfer to Kyoto Tango Railway (Miyafuku Line) at Fukuchiyama Station
Get off at “Oe Yamaguchi Naiku Station” 15 minutes walk
Bus: Fukuchiyama City Bus (Oe Yamanoie Line)
Get off at “Naikukami” bus stop, 13 minutes walk

*For those arriving by car who have difficulty walking along the approach to the shrine.

You can come to the awarding place by car.

However, the slope is so steep that it is impossible to pass each other.

<Visit information>

Visiting time

The ceremony site is open from 8:00 to 16:00, but you can visit at any time.
The approach path is approximately 300 meters long and has 220 natural stone steps and slopes.
There is a private parking lot (charges apply).

Time to the shrine (walking)

10 minutes walk from the parking lot
15 minutes walk from Oe Yamaguchi Naiku Station (train)

About pets

Although we do not prohibit pets from visiting the shrine, please take care not to disturb other worshipers, such as by strictly prohibiting defecation on the approach to the shrine or within the grounds, and by refraining from barking. From Kuroki Torii, please hold them, put them in a cart, or wear diapers.
